Grounding Resilience and Regeneration



Would you like to gain clarity, healing or transform a challenge in a tangible and practical way? Then learning basic grounding practices is essential.


In this session you will learn:
- why nature based practices are so important
- what grounding actually is, including research in science and eco psychology
- a basic somatic based practice that you can then use everyday


We will explore some of the various ways we ground and how being intentional with this can help us in all aspects of our life.
Then we will go over specific simple ways we can apply grounding to our meetings, challenges and our organizing work and everything we do as we work towards the manifestation or our great projects.


We will also connect this topic with honoring the Equinox, as a way to ground into the natural rhythms of the Earth.
