Technology can connect, inspire, and empower us but it can also leave us distracted, drained, or caught in patterns that don’t serve our well-being. Do we embrace it uncritically, or reject it outright? What if there’s another way?
In this interactive session, we’ll explore a middle path: practical, bite-sized mindfulness strategies that help us relate to technology with awareness and choice. You’ll experience guided exercises to pause and notice your patterns of attention, along with informal techniques to bring more intention into everyday digital habits.
The intention is that you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded equipped with tools to turn technology from a source of distraction into a practice of resilience, creativity, and connection.
