We’ve Assembled - now shape what's next

For people who can't attend the Transition Assembly in person, this special session has been arranged to share what went on at the Assembly in February, what came out of it, and to give you a chance to input into what comes next.

We will be sharing a film made about the Assembly with you during this session, as well as celebrating and reflecting on the decisions made there.

We will also formally present the outcomes from the Assembly, and offer you the chance to ask questions for clarification, give feedback, and voice risks or improvements.

Who is for?

This session is particularly designed for people who weren't able to attend the Transition Assembly in person, but everyone involved in Transition in Wales and England is welcome, with no limit on numbers.

Timings and agenda

This is an online event using Zoom. This is a three hour online session, with significant breaks in the agenda to break up screen time. Further details will be shared ahead of the event. There will be automated closed captions and a tech support person available.
