Ancestral Permaculture
What can ancestral land-based practices teach us about creating resilient, regenerative communities in times of transition? Join us for an inspiring webinar exploring Ancestral Permaculture - a decolonial approach to caring for the land rooted in Indigenous and community-based traditions from across Latin America.
Drawing inspiration from systems such as the Mesoamerican milpa, the Andean chagra, Amazonian edible forests, and collective practices like tequio, minga, and convite, we'll explore how food, medicine, spirituality, ecology, and community organisation can be woven together into living systems of reciprocity and care. Together, we'll discover practical pathways beyond extractive and industrial models, learning how polycultures, native seeds, local knowledge, and nature-inspired design can help regenerate our relationships with each other and the living world while building resilience in the face of climate and social challenges.
Join this online workshop to explore Ancestral Permaculture!
The webinar will take place on July 3rd, 16:00 - 17:30 Universal Time Coordinated.
