Kincentric Leadership: Co-creating with a Living intelligent Earth
What would it mean to take our interdependence with the living world seriously in how we live, work, and organise?
This webinar introduces Kincentric Leadership, a practice for deepening our relationship with the web of life and exploring what it means to grow as good kin to the beings we share this planet with. Drawing from direct experience, Western science, and Indigenous ways of knowing, the practice nurtures eight principles and capacities that support a deeper relationship with the more-than-human world.
Together, we’ll explore how to develop the presence to listen to our non-human kin, learn about their lives, and become more aware of how our choices affect them. We’ll consider what this relationship might ask of us in our workplaces, businesses, communities, and systems.
The session offers space to explore relationships many of us already sense and find the language and courage to bring them into how we live.
